Our Talent Acquisition team will review your background and experience. If there’s a potential match, we’ll invite you to an initial phone interview.

Phone interview

A 20–30 minute conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.

Hiring manager interview

A 30–45 minute video interview with the hiring manager (your potential future manager).

Case study presentation

A 60-minute video interview with your hiring manager and key team members.

Bar raiser interview

A 30-minute interview with a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Decision & offer

Once interviews are complete, the hiring team will review and align on feedback
