About the role
As our Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for growing and enhancing brand visibility across both Boba and Beco by leveraging social media platforms. You will support the management of our social media channels, create engaging content, and develop best practices to increase audience engagement and brand trust across various online communities. You will work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager to execute our social media strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Assist in the creation of the monthly content plan.
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for social media posts.
- Help support the copy creation process for our emails and website blog.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across social media, email marketing, and website blogs.
- Research and implement new strategies and tools across the social media ecosystem to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with external content creators to produce engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand identity.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and develop reporting systems to analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep our brands relevant and competitive.
About you
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and building brand awareness.
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically. Always coming up with new ideas while consistently tracking and learning from previous experiences.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy that drives traffic to the website.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude, reliable, and enjoys collaborating with different teams and external partners.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva or Adobe tools) are a plus but not essential.
