About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Executive to support our Brand Marketing and E-commerce teams. This role offers hands-on experience across social media, influencer campaigns, content creation, CRM, E-commerce (Shopify), and general marketing operations, providing a strong foundation for a career in marketing.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content: Support the Senior Brand Marketing Manager with planning, posting, and engaging with audiences on organic social channels.
Community Management: Act as the brand’s voice on social media by engaging with audiences—commenting, liking, and responding on our channels as well as relevant brand and influencer pages.
Influencer & UGC Support: Help manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content, including contracts, sampling, and recruitment.
Trend Monitoring & Content Ideas: Keep up with social media and industry trends and contribute creative content ideas.
Marketing Administration: Support cross-team marketing initiatives, track campaign performance, and maintain documentation.
Event & Team Support: Help organise trade show materials, review marketing assets, and provide general ad hoc support for smooth team operations.
CRM & Email Marketing: Assist with email campaigns, customer lists, and basic CRM tasks to drive engagement, working closely with the email marketing agency and supporting the Senior Ecommerce Manager.
E-commerce Support: Assist the Senior E-commerce Manager with day-to-day website updates, product uploads, content management, and serve as a point of contact for website requests.
Customer Programs: Assist the Senior E-commerce Manager with loyalty, referral, and retention initiatives, including testing and implementation.
E-commerce Sales Support: Support the Senior E-commerce Manager in creating sales pages, updating collections, and running promotional campaigns.
About you
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and basic CRM tools.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills are essential.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
Self-motivated and proactive, able to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
Strong copy writing skills
Highly organised, with the ability to work cross-departmentally and collaborate closely with two senior managers.
Hybrid work - London Based: We are ideally looking for the successful candidate to come to our London offices at least twice per month.
